For PSMA positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (PSMA+ mCRPC), one of the best molecular targeted radiation therapies is lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan, a therapy Mayo Clinic experts have been involved with developing and have more experience with than any other center in the world.
