Mayo Clinic has one of the largest kidney transplant programs in the United States. Across our three sites, Mayo Clinic surgeons have performed more than 16,500 kidney transplants. We currently perform about 1,000 kidney transplants each year, including many from living kidney donors.

Our care doesn’t stop after your kidney transplant. Our multi-disciplinary team offers services in all aspects of post-transplant care, from nutrition to social work and psychology to vibrant support groups. We are with you every step of the way.
